I had a wonderful lunch here. The atmosphere is bright and airy, the tables are arranged well and the seating is comfortable. The service was excellent! I had the combo Tomato Artichoke soup with a half chicken salad sandwich, and both were fresh and delicious. Everything I saw coming out of the kitchen looked amazing! I can't wait to return!

Excellent service! Both the greeter and the server that took care of us love their job - the food they serve and the restaurant in general. Very allergy aware, which we always appreciate because we have a 7 year old with a nut allergy. I had the ricotta pesto toast and it was so good! The micro greens were super fresh, the egg was perfectly cooked over easy, the sourdough toast was fresh and tasty. I also loved that it was just one piece. High ceilings and well spaced tables make this a very comfortable place.

Delicious! Great menu, full of unique options. Opted for two scrambled eggs, side of bacon and small order of yogurt/berries/granola. All tasted delicious, perfect portion size too! We also got the Cuban breakfast, which is kinda like a chipotle bowl. It was missing the spinach-jalapeño pesto, which would have been nice. We also got the cinnamon toast, which was to die for! Talk about thick sliced toast sprinkled with cinnamon sugar-- delicious!!! Finally, service was attentive and responsive. Outside of finding parking, great experience.

First things first, the food was excellent! There were 5 of us, 2 kids and even the kids said their food was really good. Definitely worth coming again! Lots of spaced out seating, well lit and quiet. Cute place very welcoming. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Introduced us to the history of the restaurant. He said it was as his best job ever, clearly enjoys working here! I had the Cuban breakfast and every bite was delicious!

We were looking for good breakfast and came across this cafe on Yelp. Food was delicious AND healthy, coffee was very tasty and service was great. It was crowded but turnover was quite fast so we did not have to wait long at all. If you end up waiting, it will be worth it!

This is a really nice brunch/lunch spot. It is spacious, the service was great and the food was fresh. I see why it was super crowded with locals when we went. We were seated pretty quickly. Once seated, they brought water to the table and took our drink order. Our server was really awesome from start to finish. He checked on us frequently, gave food/drink recommendations, etc. I ordered the tomato artichoke soup served with parmesan croutons and the house roasted turkey club. It's served with of course roasted turkey, herbed cream cheese, avocado, bacon, tomato, lettuce, mayo. I also had a bowl of fresh fruit (pineapple, blueberries, and strawberries). My entire meal was fresh and delicious. Oh and I also want to add that I did taste the smash burger and fries...delicious! When/if i go back, I am definitely going to try that out!

Came right before noon before the lunch rush on a Friday. It was my second time here; I got a chorizo bowl last time which was delicious. Got a power greens bowl this time with smoked salmon, matzo ball soup, and coffee. Service was friendly and quick. The shop is bustling and there's a lot of healthy options. My cup of matzo ball soup was heartwarming. Glad I could come by on a Friday! The ball was soft and not chunky like other ones I've had; tasted standard. The power greens bowl looked small but kept me satisfactorily full throughout the next couple of hours. Lots of good flavor and textures in there. The coffee is self-serve and you can take it to go. I like the variety of milk options. There was a third drink besides regular coffee and decaf, but I wasn't sure if it was a tea or a third coffee option. With tax and tip for my items, it came out to be $36. Pretty pricey for Indianapolis in my opinion. Although definitely a reliable spot for a meal while hanging near the convention center!

Here's all you need to know about how good Cafe Patachou is: we're in Indianapolis for four days, and I'm already pitching that we go back here for all our remaining breakfasts. I got the Ricotta Scrambled Eggs, which are probably the best scrambled eggs I've ever had. The eggs are supremely fluffy, and come sprinkled with red pepper, chives, and Parmesan cheese. It's finished with calabrian chili oil, giving the whole dish a warm spice that balances the rich eggs and cheese. I would 100% order this again! I was also quite impressed by the speed with which the servers moved folks through, without ever making us feel rushed while we were eating. They're clearly adept at dealing with a breakfast rush!

Needed a GF food option while staying in Indianapolis for a show. Cafe Patachou was perfect! The decor inside is super cute. Offers indoor and outdoor dining. They have a self serve coffee station. Our server was really attentive and answered our questions about the menu. We got the cinnamon GF toast, bacon, breakfast potatoes, gf avocado toast and the GF waffles. Everything was yummy. And if I'm in the area again I will definitely return for more.
